Never hire police officers who are inherently violent, and/or capable of indiscriminately harming those individuals they are entrusted to protect. And, preemptively weed out those officers who have, or are capable of such behavior.
Police officers are professionals. They must behave as such, and demand our respect, and appreciation.
Continuing to allow behavior perpetrated on black men like Tyre Nichols to continue only serves to allow the few officers to make it more difficult to trust, and respect the majority of officers in a noble profession.
Our police are instrumental in our ability to live in peace, and safety.
